The unique, spacious studio layout of the property evokes the classic loft style, where functions merge into a harmonious unity. The most spectacular element of the interior is the meeting of the visible, stained roof structure and the curved plasterboard ceiling, which is made truly special by the built-in mood lighting.

Spacious, open living space: The modern kitchen-dining room, the living room and the bedroom are located in a single huge airy space, which has a direct terrace connection.

Private wellness: In the bathroom opening from the hallway, in addition to the shower, a hydromassage bathtub and an infrared sauna serve for complete relaxation.

Unique design: The ceiling interior design solutions give the room an unusual look and a modern, yet homely atmosphere.

The Loft apartment is equipped with tasteful and harmonious furniture to meet all needs:

Premium sleeping experience: 180×200 cm bonell spring bed with 4 cm thick natural latex mattress topper. Real duck feather and down bedding from our own organic farm ensures a restful sleep.

Technology: 50-inch, curved 4K smart TV with 100+ channels and fast internet for relaxation.

Equipped kitchen: Equipped with modern appliances (ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave oven) for the comfort of self-catering.

Air conditioning: Air conditioning is available on request and for a fee.

Parking and environment

Security: Parking your car in a closed courtyard, in our tastefully paved, free parking lot.

Well-kept garden: The apartment’s courtyard is decorated with lawns, evergreens and seasonal flowers.

Outdoor gastronomy: There is a designated area available for frying bacon, stewing or grilling, equipped with benches and tables.
